1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Al Saeh Cargo Services L.L.C website or requesting any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and services.

2. Description of services

On this site we provide air, ocean, and land freight, customs clearance, consolidation and warehouse, door-to-door shipping, and car shipping as a logistics path — from Dubai and the UAE to the Gulf and worldwide. Proxy buying from U.S. stores runs via our strategic partners (Buy from America portal) when applicable. Details and pricing of each shipping service are provided in a written quotation from the Dubai team before execution.

3. Quotations & payment

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and may change with fuel prices, carrier rates, and exchange rates. Payments are due per the quotation or invoice terms; cargo is not shipped before dues are settled unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping liability limits

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the caps stated in the bills of lading and the terms of the carriers used (such as the Warsaw/Montreal Conventions for air freight and the Hague-Visby Rules for sea freight), and shall never exceed the declared value of the goods. We strongly recommend purchasing full cargo insurance for valuable shipments; we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

5. Customs responsibility

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of provided data and documents (cargo description, value, country of origin) and for paying customs duties and taxes due in the destination country or on UAE export as applicable. Any fines, delays, or seizure resulting from inaccurate data or restricted goods are the customer's sole responsibility. We assist with clearance procedures as an agent, without assuming the full legal obligations of the importer or exporter.

6. No guaranteed delivery times

All stated delivery times are good-faith estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control: weather, port and airport strikes, customs and inspection procedures, and carrier congestion. Delay beyond an estimated date does not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation.

7. Export controls & sanctions compliance

Our services comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and with relevant international export-control and sanctions regimes. Shipping prohibited or restricted goods, or goods destined for sanctioned persons, entities, or countries, is forbidden. The customer acknowledges being responsible for compliance, and we may refuse any shipment violating these laws without any liability on our part.

8. Prohibited items

We do not accept for shipping: cash, undeclared precious metals, undeclared hazardous materials, weapons and ammunition, narcotics, counterfeit goods, and products violating the laws of the UAE or the destination country.

9. Site tools & estimates

The shipping-cost calculator, tracking pages, and published guides are planning aids. They do not create binding rates and do not guarantee delivery times or an unverified live shipment status. The binding price and schedule appear only in the written quotation from the Dubai team; the privacy policy and disclaimer also apply.

10. Intellectual property

All content on our site (texts, logos, design) is the property of Al Saeh Cargo Services L.L.C and may not be copied or republished without prior written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
